Cruises are of great popularity, so most often we sail in a group of 5-6 yachts. There are many experienced sailors among our members, therefore each boat has 2-3 helmsmen. The whole cruise is supervised by a professional sailor, whose daily job is to plan and coordinate sea cruises.

During the cruise, we get to know both the waters and each other, in slightly different circumstances. The sea and business can surprise. During each cruise, there are workshops, during which the participants – the owners of tech companies – share their business knowledge, and talk about growth strategies, industry trends in IT, and the ways to succeed.

Often, during these sea expeditions, our communication and cooperation skills are challenged. Such situations require us to understand each other and be open to new experiences. We learn how to sail better, and how to cooperate better as a team, which is reflected not only at sea but also in our professional lives.

Sailing in the open sea is undoubtedly a challenge, but thanks to the professional sailor accompanying us, it is an unforgettable adventure that positively affects our life both at sea and on land.
